The Idaho Drinking Water and Wastewater Professionals Board meeting was called to order at 9:08 a.m., Thursday, February 9, 2006 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General submitted a Memorandum to the Board regarding formal disciplinary case number WWP-2006-1.
After review and a full discussion by the Board it was moved by Ross Spackman to accept the recommendations of the Attorney General to negotiate a Consent Order with the Respondent. Seconded by Victor Coles, motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Further discussion ensued regarding a motion entered by the Board at its Board meeting on January 18, 2006 regarding the grandfather clause for Wastewater treatment land applications. The motion will stand as carried.
Moved by Michael N. Schroeder that the meeting be adjourned the time being 9:38 a.m. Seconded by Ross Spackman, motion carried.
