Robert Payne called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.
The Board reviewed the draft Temporary and Proposed Rules. Section 201 will be submitted as temporary rules and Section 202 will be submitted as proposed rules.
Carolyn Burt-Patterson moved to approve the rules as written with the amendment changes as discussed. Rhonda Murray seconded, and the motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
