Meeting Minutes of February 26, 2004

 The Idaho State Board of Social Work Examiners conference call meeting was called to order at 9:03 a.m., Thursday, February 26,2004 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Bureau Staff:            Rayola Jacobsen, Bureau Chief

Minutes 

Moved by Vicki Powers, seconded by Cheryl Jurgens and carried that the Board go into executive session to discuss possible litigation, the time being 9:15 a.m. 

Moved by Vicki Powers, seconded by Cheryl Jurgens and carried that the Board come out of executive session at 9:35 a.m. 

SWO-2004-2:  Moved by Rhonda Murray, seconded by Vicki Powers and carried that respondent shall be placed on probation and be issued a letter of reprimand.  Respondent shall pay the costs and attorney’s fees incurred.  Respondent shall pay a fine in the amount of One Thousand (1,000) dollars.  Respondent must also, attend ten (10) hours of ethics and must successfully complete all requirements of the final order.  

Moved by Carolyn Burt-Patterson, seconded by Rhonda Murray and carried to accept the Hearing Officer’s Findings Of Fact and Conclusions of Law. 

Moved by Cheryl Jurgens, seconded by Vicki Powers and carried that the meeting be adjourned, the time being 9:58 a.m.
