Meeting Minutes of October 21, 2003

ALSO PRESENT:       Mike Peterson, Health and Welfare

Robert Payne called the meeting to order at 8:30 am. 

The Board reviewed and made additional changes on the proposed rules due to comments received from the public. 

Cheryl Jurgens moved to approve the proposed rules as changed.  Rhonda Murray seconded and the motion carried. 

These rules will be in effect as temporary. 

Meeting adjourned at 10:00 am.
