Conference Call Meeting of January 28, 2003

Robert Payne called the meeting to order at
1:35 p.m.
The purpose of the conference call was to
discuss the temporary rules and Health and Welfare’s concerns of
non-compliance due to the changes.
Virginia
Dickman moved to delete the proposed language Rules 201.01, 201.02 and 201.03,
and that the Board pursue the adoption of all other proposed rules on the
docket. Seconded by Vicki Powers.
Ms. Dickman voted yes, Ms. Powers voted yes and Cheryl Jurgens abstained.
The motion carried.
Ms. Jacobsen and Mr. Hales will meet with
the Health and Welfare Committee. Also
a letter of explanation will be sent to NASW and the Clinical Society.
A meeting will be scheduled with Health and
Welfare at the April 7, 2003 board meeting to draft new temporary rules.
Ms. Powers moved to adjourn at 2:10 p.m.
Seconded by Ms. Dickman and carried.
