Conference Call Minutes of September 23, 2002

Robert Payne called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. 

Rhonda Murray moved to go into executive session to discuss disciplinary action for complaint file SWO-L3-04-02-007.  Vicki Powers seconded the motion, motion carried. 

Vicki moved to re-enter regular session.  Rhonda Murray seconded the motion, motion carried. 

Rhonda Murray moved that the Board go forward with the recommendation of a proposed Order of Preliminary suspension in the matter of the license for case no. SWO-13-04-02-077.  Vicki Powers seconded the motion, motion carried. 

Rhonda Murray moved the conference call adjourn at 10:25 a.m.  Vicki Powers seconded the motion, motion carried.
