Jim Grohskopf, licensed social worker.
Mr. Grohskopf addressed
the Board concerning case number SWO-L2B-04-98-007 and the subsequent consent
order.
Virginia Dickman moved to
enter executive session. Nancy
Killinger seconded the motion, motion carried.
Virginia moved to enter
regular session. Nancy Killinger
seconded the motion, motion carried.
Virginia Dickman moved to
recommend that Jim Grohskopf get an additional evaluation from a Psychiatrist,
Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker, and send the evaluation report to the
Board for their review at the August 2, 1999 board meeting.
Nancy Killinger seconded the motion, motion carried.
Kirsten Wallace was directed to send a letter to Mr. Grohskopf stating
the Board’s decision. The Board
asked that, prior to the evaluation, a copy of the consent order and previous
evaluation be sent to the chosen evaluator for review.
The Board moved to accept
the signed consent order for Neena Smith.
The Board adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
