Meeting Minutes of July 2, 2007

The Idaho State Board of Social Work Examiners meeting was called to order at 9:04 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2007 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho. 

Roll Call:                      Robert Payne, Chair

                                    Carolyn Burt-Patterson, Board Member

Christiane Elise Magera, Board Member

Dorothy Ring – Public Board Member

Cheryl Jurgens and Vicki Powers, Board members, absent, excused.

BUREAU STAFF:       Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

Roger Hales, Administrative Attorney

Marcie McGinty, Investigations Coordinator

Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General

Formal Disciplinary Action

Emily Mac Master, Deputy Attorney General presented a signed Stipulation And Consent Order of Case No. SWO-2007-17 to the Board for approval.  After full review and discussion the Board made the following motion:

Case No. SWO-2007-17:  Moved by Carolyn Burt-Patterson to accept the signed consent order as presented and to allow the Board Chair to sign the Order on behalf of the Board.  Seconded by Christiane Magera, motion carried.

There being no further discussion Dorothy Ring moved to have the meeting adjourned.  Seconded by Carolyn Burt-Patterson, motion carried.  The time being 9:19 a.m.
