CONFERENCE CALL

The conference call meeting was called to order at 12:45 p.m.

A motion was made by Dr. Flandro to pull the legislative bills regarding any Optometry law changes. Motion seconded by Dr. Zarybnisky, motion carried.

Roger Hales summarized the content of the Optometry legislative bill regarding rule changes. He also clarified for the members the definitions for both rule and law.

SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING

Discussion was held regarding the sub-committee meeting which was held between the Idaho Board of Medicine and The Idaho Board of Optometry.   

The board has asked to have further discussion on the sub-committee meeting to be added to the February agenda.

A motion was made by Dr. Zarybnisky to adjourn the meeting at 1:00pm. Seconded by Dr. Flandro, motion carried.
