ONLINE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION

 If you annually renew a license/registration through the Bureau of Occupational Licenses (IBOL), you may now submit your renewal fees online.  The IBOL, in cooperation with BES Technologies, has developed and implemented the online process to provide this convenient option.

The IBOL is accepting online renewals for all personal and facility licenses or registrations. You may also reinstate a license or registration that has been previously canceled due to failure to renew.  You may now complete a renewal application through a secure online site and submit payment by credit card (MasterCard & Visa only). The secure online site uses the most up-to-date encryption technology, and is quick, easy, and safe. You will also be able to print a receipt for any transaction you conduct over the site. Your credit card bill will show a charge to BES Technologies for these transactions.

You will be asked to provide specific information in order to gain access to the renewal application. Please have your license/registration number, birth date & social security number ready. If you are unable to gain access, please contact the IBOL by e-mail. PHONE CALLS REGARDING THIS PROCESS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

You will NOT be charged additional fees to submit your application and payment online. Note, however, that if you do not submit a COMPLETE renewal before the expiration date of your license/registration, you will be assessed a reinstatement fee in addition to the renewal amount. This fee is required by Idaho law and cannot be waived. All questions regarding the reinstatement fee must be submitted by letter or e-mail). Phone calls regarding this matter will NOT be returned.

During the process you will be asked to provide online responses or affirmations in order to complete the process.  Depending on how you respond, you may be asked to submit additional materials before your renewal will be processed.  If you are required to obtain continuing education as a condition of renewal, you may also be advised that you are the subject of a random CE audit, and additional forms will be provided for you to complete and submit.

If you are uncomfortable with the online process, you may print a renewal application from the online site to submit by mail or in person.  You may also submit address changes and additional information without cost.
