Minutes of August 31, 1999

ROLL CALL: Richard Craig, Ed.D., Chairman; Enid Davis, Ed.D.; Dawna Jackson, M.Coun.; Jun Shiosaki

ALSO PRESENT: Carmen Westberg, Bureau Chief; Kirsten Wallace, Prosecuting Attorney; John Kersey, Supervising Investigator; Janice Wiedrick, Secretary

Dr. Craig called the meeting to order at 11:15a.m. for discussion of the possible litigation in reference to complaints number: COUN-P3C-02A-99-008, COUN-P3C-002A-99-011 and COUN-P3C-02A-99-012.

Discussion was held on the complaint and prosecution process.

The Board will consider a stipulated suspension of licensure in the above matters, with the following conditions should reinstatement of licensure be requested:

1. Supervision,

2. Ethics coursework required – with Board approval of course/s to be taken,

3. Rehabilitative counseling – with Board approval of counselor and

4. A fine and cost recovery.

Having no further business before them, the meeting adjourned at 11:33a.m.
