The Idaho State Board of Professional Counselors And Marriage & Family Therapist Board meeting was called to order at 9:03 a.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Roll Call:                   Roberta Crockett, M.A., Chairman

Bobbie Birdsall Ph.D.

Jerome Fischer, Ph.D.

Brenda Freeman, Ph.D.

Bureau Staff:          Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief

Kathryn T. Hill, Board Members, absent, excused.

FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Budd Hetrick, Deputy Bureau Chief presented and discussed a Order of Emergency Suspension Of License in the matter of Preston Lynn Carbary, License No. LCPC-3214, Case No. COU-2006-2.

After full discussion and review, it was moved by Jerome Fischer to accept the Order of Emergency Suspension as written and to authorize Roberta Crockett to sign the Order on behalf of the Board.  Seconded by Brenda Freeman, motion carried.
