Meeting was called to order at: 10:05 a.m.

Board Members present:  Jerry Nemec-Chair; Steve R. Pinther, Art Elliott, and Pamela Prather.

Others present: Bill Schaefer Deputy Bureau Chief; Cherie Simpson- Management Assistant II and Alla Osipchuk. 

Motion was made by Ms. Prather to enter into Executive session to consider records exempt from public disclosure as stated in 67-2345 (1) (d).  Seconded by Mr. Pinther.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Ms. Prather to come out of executive session.  Seconded by Mr. Pinther.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Mr. Elliott to approve all applications on the CD with the exception of the four so noted and the additional 28 that were presented to the board as additional applications.  Seconded by Mr. Pinther.  Motion carried.
