Meeting was called to order at: 10:05 a.m.

 

 

Board Members present:  Jerry Nemec-Chair; Steve R. Pinther, and Pamela Prather.

 

Others present: Bill Schaeffer Deputy Bureau Chief; Cherie Simpson- Management Assistant II and Treasa Hobson. 

 

Motion was made by Mr. Pinther to enter into Executive session to consider records exempt from public disclosure as stated in 67-2345 (1) (d).  Seconded by Ms. Prather.  Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Ms. Prather to come out of executive session.  Seconded by Mr. Pinther.  Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Ms. Prather to approve all applications on the CD with the exception of the four so noted and the additional 48 that were presented to the board as a walk in.  Seconded by Mr. Pinther.  Motion carried.

 

Meeting was adjourned at: 10:40 a.m.

 

Discussion was held on the search capabilities for owners where there are multiple owners for an entity.  This will be an agenda item for the regular meeting scheduled for May 16^th.
