                SUBJECT:         Complaint Investigation Report   

    FY2006: To date fifty-two (52) complaints have been received.  Of those, forty-five (45) remain under investigation; three (3) have been referred for disciplinary review; and four (4) have been closed following Board determination.

Complaint issues are as follows:

Unregistered practice - 19
Competency - 5
Failure to complete construction - 8
Contract issue - 6
Failure to deliver - 10
Fraud - 4
