The Idaho State Board of Chiropractic Physicians Board meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, Owyhee Plaza, 1109 Main Street, Suite 220, Boise, Idaho.

Formal Disciplinary Action
Stephanie Guyon, Deputy Attorney General presented Stipulation And Consent Orders for Case No. CHI-2005-2 and CHI-2005-3 in the matter of Mark L. Walz, D.C., License No. CHIA-960 and Michael D. Hardison, D.C., License No. CHIA-964.
Moved by Dr. Sterling to accept both Stipulation And Consent Orders as written. Seconded by Dr. Mayo and carried.
Board Business
Moved by Dr. Mayo to send Board member, Dr. Glen Moldenhauer to the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards meeting on continuing education. Seconded by Dr. Sterling and carried.
Moved by Dr. Harper to adjourn the meeting. The time being 12:55 p.m. Seconded by Dr. Sterling and carried.
